Graduate Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Graduate Developer with the desire to develop their career in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

We are looking for someone to join our dynamic core product development team responsible for designing and developing our industry-leading reconciliation platform. As a junior member, you will be supported and mentored by our more experienced developers.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing new functionalities for our core product and writing readable and maintainable code that conforms to our coding standards.

What we expect from you:

A BSc in Computer Science.
Interest and some experience with C++, C# and/or Java gained at university;•Basic knowledge of writing Database queries (e.g. MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle).
Knowledge over version control systems (preferable Git).
Knowledge of Unit Testing.
Willingness to discuss and challenge ideas as part of our product development brainstorming sessions.
Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
Problem-solving mindset.
Interest in technology, security, AI, and/or machine learning.
Attentive to detail.
Personable and social.

Nice to have:

Coding experience outside of university (e.g. contribution to open source projects, personal coding projects, etc.).
Voluntary work experience.
