Lucy O'Gorman

With a First in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton, plus experience as an audit graduate at KPMG, Lucy O'Gorman's financial perspective helps her build a natural rapport with Aurum Solutions' customers.

More often than not, this hinges upon their shared appreciation for accuracy, something which Lucy is always keen to emphasise can be assured through automation. Something which can't be automated though, is solving the puzzle of optimising customers' reconciliation processes. Instead, this is where Lucy develops unique plans of action to resolve each prospect's pain points, or as she calls it - the first perfect match before the reconciliation begins.

Along with developing relationships with customers, Lucy is always building new ones within the industries she works in, both for personal development and to support fellow female professionals. As a member of the Women in Business Society at university, she knows what an impact mentorship and collaboration can have and looks to encourage it from within the FinTech industry.

When not helping the vast array of Aurums' industries, Lucy likes to keep the variety in her life high. Golf, badminton, and tennis are therefore all new sports that Lucy is currently trying her hand at. They might all have very different scoring systems, but if anyone can make sense of the numbers, Lucy can.
