Aurum Solutions Ltd., a leading provider of reconciliation software for organisations with high volume and/or complex requirements, announces that, on 31st July 2019, the company was acquired by Phil Hall and Nick Osborn. Hall and Osborn were the co-founders of Accurate Software, which they grew organically into a leading global provider of reconciliation software, headquartered in the UK with offices in North America, Europe and Australia.
“We were incredibly impressed with the power and flexibility of Aurum’s reconciliation solution. It’s highly scalable, right up to ultra-high transaction volumes with extremely complex data matching requirements. Many of Aurum’s team are ex-Accurate employees, with extensive experience in reconciliation solutions dating back to the 1990s, so we have complete confidence in their capabilities and commitment. Our philosophy has always been to work in partnership with our customers and we look forward to continuing with this approach for the benefit of our customers, company and employees.”

Senior staff at Aurum - some of which formerly worked with Hall and Osborn at Accurate Software - are excited by this development:
“The acquisition of Aurum by Nick and Phil is a clear endorsement of our fantastic team, software and technical expertise. Everyone here at Aurum is looking forward to this new chapter in our history and can’t wait to get started.”
