Aurum Solutions appoints Dave Anfield as Head of Delivery and Support
Aurum Solutions welcomes Dave Anfield to the position of Head of Delivery and Support. Dave Anfield joins Aurum’s senior management team to lead the Delivery, Projects and Support operations, helping to shape Aurum’s continual growth journey. Anfield has previously worked in a range of senior management and director level roles providing Operational and Delivery leadership and driving significant organisational/operational change. He has mainly operated in permanent roles but also offered external perspectives to companies as a consultant.

Dave has 25 years of experience in Product Development, Operations, Programme Delivery, and Support, building and leading multi-disciplinary onshore and offshore teams in the Education Technology industry at RM Education and in Pearson Education’s Qualification business.
The qualification delivery world is a fast-paced, high stakes, highly regulated and zero-error tolerance environment. Many of these environmental attributes apply to Aurum and its customers, and I look forward to building our capability as we expand to new markets and geographies.

Whilst at Pearson, Anfield was also the National Programme Director for the Test Delivery service for England’s National Curriculum Tests (SATs), which Pearson delivered on behalf of the Department for Education. Here, Anfield cultivated and mastered his management skills, a skill set that will follow him to Aurum.
Anfield is an experienced senior leader who measures success on strong customer outcomes, company growth and by the people he works alongside. He is committed to high standards, innovation and ‘finding a better way’, an ethos that is supported in Aurum.
