With over 18 years of experience across software development, engineering management, and technology leadership, Angelo plays a key role in driving scalable platforms and high-performing teams as Aurum Solutions' Head of Tech Innovation.

Having progressed through senior roles at Primavera Software, Angelo then led engineering teams at OutSystems and, more recently, Cegid, bringing extensive experience in the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise software solutions. Passionate about continuous improvement, he focuses on building productive teams, developing talent, and helping organisations scale by leveraging technology.

When he’s not creating engineering excellence, Angelo enjoys playing guitar, watching live music, fishing and football.
