Paulo Andrade

Paulo Andrade is a Senior Manager in the Delivery department at Aurum Solutions, dedicated to delivering impactful projects that help clients transform their operations, improve efficiency, and embrace financial automation.

He graduated in Business Management from the University of Braga and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Porto. Passionate about finance from early on, Paulo built a strong foundation working at Big Four firms like Deloitte and PwC, where he gained extensive experience in both Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions. In these roles, he supported clients across a wide range of industries, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy while guiding them through due diligence, valuations, and strategic decision-making.

At Aurum, Paulo applies this background to lead customers through financial transformation and automation projects, helping them streamline processes, strengthen governance, and unlock efficiency. His broad exposure to multiple industries enables him to provide clients with both financial expertise and industry-specific best practices, offering strategic insights that drive long-term value.

Outside of work, Paulo is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys practicing various sports, and spends his free time reading or listening to podcasts. He deeply values quality time with his family and friends, balancing his professional career with personal passions.
